Obedience Board & Train - 4 Weeks

Build a dog that listens at home, in public, and everywhere in between. This 4-week board and train is for the owner who wants a confident dog that stays under control in calm home settings and in high-distraction public places.

We teach both on-leash and off-leash commands. We work toward safe off-leash reliability with every dog, and the final level depends on your dog and what fits that dog best. The program is a strong fit for retrievers and active sporting breeds.

Core obedience commands

Here (recall), sit, down, stay, place, off, leave it, load up, OK (release), kennel.

Advanced skills

Duration stays, send-away to place, directional commands, distance commands and stops, on- and off-leash heel, working for different handlers, door and threshold manners, public distraction training.

We also address chewing, counter surfing, and barking at the doorbell.

Trainer levels

Both trainer levels follow the same High Boot K9 training standards and core curriculum. The difference is the trainer you choose to personally develop and work your dog throughout the program.
